Transparent Conductive & Optical Functional Materials

This series comprises two groups of inorganic photoelectric functional materials: indium-tin oxide (ITO) and cesium tungsten bronze. They target display-photovoltaic applications and energy-saving optics respectively.

 

- Indium-tin oxide (ITO) is the most widely adopted transparent-conductive oxide material. It combines high visible-light transmittance with excellent electrical conductivity and acts as a core functional-layer material for display panels, touch-sensor devices, photovoltaic cells and low-emissivity glass. We closely control the $\boldsymbol{In_2O_3/SnO_2}$ ratio, powder particle-size distribution, sintering activity and target density. Both powder and sputtering-target forms can be supplied to match customer-specific process requirements.

 

- Cesium tungsten bronze ($\boldsymbol{Cs_xWO_3}$) is a functional nanomaterial with near-infrared absorption-reflection properties. Its adoption is growing rapidly in energy-saving architectural glass, automotive heat-insulating films and optical thin-films. Essential selection parameters include the Cs/W stoichiometric ratio, primary particle size, dispersion stability and visible-to-near-infrared spectral selectivity.

 

We provide detailed optical-performance datasets, dispersion-process recommendations and formulation-compatibility references to support procurement and R&D teams in quickly assessing material fit for their systems.
